The office building is located in a developing office area in the XIII. district of the city. The U shaped building optimally utilizes the orientation of the plot, thus creating a cosy inner garden. During the design process we implemented the most possible requirements of LEED specification, since the client's goal was to achive the best certifcation level, Platinum. Our aim was to use the leading edge technology for achiving the best sustainability level while maintaining the feasibility of the project. Among many others we used solar collector panels for hot water supply, geothermic energy through the walls of the underground garage, rainwater colletion system for watering the garden and for flushing toilets. The solar heat load is automatically controlled by outside solar shading. The roofs are covered with selected heterogenous vegetation, intensiv on the inner garden and extensive on the other roof areas. The prefabricated construction system supllies efficient and flexible office fitout possibilities. The facade is built with prefabricated aluminium modules, thus achiving fast, safe, environment friendly construction. The GreenHouse projects innovative architectural and green technological solutions provide humanized, energy efficient and responsible offices.
