This house is cretaed for two families with slightly different needs in the recently developed villa area of hungarian industrial city Győr. The house is an architectural composition of simple blocks. The design utlizes the good orientation of the plot acquiring the most possible sunshine in wintertime, though carefully dose it with outer shading in summertime. Thus reducing the heating consumption and practically eliminates the need of cooling. The top of the lower blocks are used as roof terraces for the upper floors. The house is covered with green roof to obtain optimal water runoff and heat transmission, and accomodate the local flora and fauna. The garages are separated from main heated energy blocks. The house is equipped with a leading edge ventillation system with a heat exchanger.
